You may qualify for natural therapies professional and general liability insurance if you practice natural therapies interventions including but not limited to aromatherapy, acupressure, auricular therapy, bioenergetics, biofeedback, bionetics, bioresonance, color therapy, holistic health, homeopathy, hypnotism, life enhancement, naturopathy, neurotherapy, nutrition, pain management, peak performance, quantum biofeedback, reflexology, stress management or sound therapy.

Your premium quotation will be based on an underwriting review and will be valid for thirty (30) days.

Your Professional (Malpractice) Insurance Package

Your professional insurance package covers you for unintentional injury you cause your client during the course of your professional work together. This policy covers you whether your client is telling the truth or not. The limits of this policy are $2,000,000.00 per incident and $3,000,000.00 lifetime.

Absolutely the best advice we can give you is to contact MBACB immediately if you even suspect that a client will sue you for any reason. Very often these things can be settled quickly in the beginning. Time only makes things worse with these kinds of cases as a general rule.

Your General Liability Insurance Package

Your general liability insurance is designed to cover you for all other kinds of unintentional injury other people suffer while doing business with you. This insurance does not cover injury or damage caused by or occurring because of your automobile or residence. The limits of this policy are $2,000,000.00 per incident and up to $3,000,000.00 lifetime.

If you are renting or sharing office space or working an expo of any kind, you are also covered for up to $100,000.00 for any damage you unintentionally cause those premises.

If your landlord or any professional business requires a Certificate of Insurance from you, please contact MBACB headquarters and we'll email or mail them a certificate right away. A Certificate of Insurance assures these businesspeople that you and they are protected against losses covered by your policy.

Please note that the policy is in the name of The Natural Therapies Association of North America (NTANA), MBACB’s sister organization, but the coverage applies to all MBACB members as well as all members of NTANA, BANA, and IMANT.
