Professional Membership without Insurance
- $195 US

To qualify for professional membership you must be a licensed Chiropractor, Dentist, Medical Doctor, Medical Homeopath, Medical Naturopath, Osteopath, Psychologist, Psychotherapist or Veterinarian who offers biofeedback as part of your professional services. These services may be delivered by you personally, your employees or contract services providers functioning under your license and supervision.

Professional membership without biofeedback professional (malpractice) and general liability insurance coverage is the best option for practicing medical biofeedback professionals who offer standard care under their license.

Note: You are advised to require employees and associates to obtain their own professional (malpractice) and general liability insurance through the Biofeedback Association of North America (BANA).

Professional Membership with Insurance
- $495 US

To qualify for professional membership with professional and general liability insurance benefits you must be a licensed Chiropractor, Dentist, Medical Doctor, Medical Homeopath, Medical Naturopath, Osteopath, Psychologist, Psychotherapist or Veterinarian who provides only biofeedback professional services and counseling appropriate to your profession. This policy does not cover physicians who prescribe pharmaceuticals as part of their biofeedback professional services.

Professional membership with professional (malpractice) and general liability insurance is available for qualified licensed professionals who solely provide biofeedback services and related natural therapies services to their clients. Diagnostic services, surgery of any kind and conventional medical care are not covered by this policy and invalidate coverage.

Application for Professional Membership with Insurance

To qualify for MBACB membership you must be licensed in one of the listed professions. Anybody may subscribe to the International Medical Journal for Natural Therapies.
